As part of George Weston Foods (GWF)were looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Canning Vale.Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient staffing, timely truck loading, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Youll play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a safe and engaged team environment.Roster: Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pmPurpose of the RoleLead and coach a team of 15+ staff to meet operational goalsMonitor team performance and provide regular feedbackEnsure compliance with WH&S, QA, and food safety standardsManage warehouse planning, picking, loading, and fleet coordinationConduct audits, manage customer complaints, and support continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Safety and QualityAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally in FMCGStrong leadership and team engagement skillsSolid experience using Microsoft Excel and SAP (or similar)Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safe work practicesEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesWhy join us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we''re proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
