Youll spend 2 x 6-month periods and another year working in different teams within ICT. At the end of the 2-year program there is potential to become a permanent Lifeblood employee.Some of the Teams and Areas within ICT Include:What You Will Bring to Lifeblood: Degrees/Masters in STEM-related areas. Minimum requirement is Bachelor level. Passion for Information Technology, particularly in cutting-edge areas such as AI, Machine Learning, and Cyber. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Well-developed communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify, assess, and resolve problems. Collaborative with an appetite to work with others to achieve a shared goal. Willingness to act and be accountable for your actions and decisions. A growth mindset, open to new ideas and changing circumstances. An attitude of Continuous Learning. MUST be a citizen of Australia or have Permanent Residency visa with the ability to work in Australia.
