At HIF, were all about supporting our Members to live healthier lives and we do that with genuine care, a strong community spirit, and a member-first mindset.Were currently looking for eight full-time Member Service Advisors to join our Member Experience team.About the RoleAs a Member Service Advisor, youll be a key point of contact for our Members via phone and email helping them with everything from claims questions and policy changes to general advice about their private health insurance.Youll be supported by a dedicated team of leaders and colleagues who genuinely care about your success and wellbeing.
