Together, were committed to the change that women want to see.Our OpportunityOur new VM (Field) will be reporting to our State VM Manager and working across Visual Merchandising for our stores to ensure creative concepts are being delivered in line with our brand.Your passion, eye for detail and strong communication skills will play an integral part in this fast paced and hands-on role. This is a full-time position with flexibility required to be in-stores as needed, hence you will need your own transport.Your day-to-day will include:Overall in-store Visual Merchandising for Sussan storesImplementing store layouts and floor plans to maximise salesDrive sales by working with store teams to outfit optionsImplement flagship direction in all top stores across windows, instore and stylingRe-work store layouts to flex product, maximise traffic flow and key selling areasWork with the State VM Manager to determine which stores need training and developSupport the State VM Manager in conducting training workshops with Store Managers and teamsTo be successful in this role, you must have:Associate Diploma in Visual Merchandising or equivalent field idealProven Visual Merchandising experiencePrevious experience working in fashion retailCreative Visual Merchandising skillsStrong planning & organisational skillsRelationship building and problem solving skillsEffective time management skillsWhy work for Sussan?At Sussan we believe in creating a supportive and nurturing workplace that puts women and their needs first.
