Key member of an end-to-end marketing team that drives the brand and acquisition activities for one of Australias leading share trading brands, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital content strategy.Champion the role of social media in driving brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition across key customer segments.Broad exposure to both CommSec and CommBank teams and stakeholdersDo work that mattersThe Marketing Manager role delivers on CommSec s business priorities & strategy and contributes to shared investing priorities across Retail Banking and CommSec, with a particular focus on social media and content marketing.You will support the build of marketing propositions and strategies that are relevant and differentiated for Share Investing customer segments.In this capacity, you will have a particular interest in leveraging social media platforms and the role of content in driving brand consideration and financial literacy.You will act as a conduit across the broader marketing team and investing business to ensure plans and campaigns are aligned and connected.See yourself in our teamThe CommSec, Wealth and Private Marketing Chapter defines marketing strategies and plans to execute on the business strategy of the CommSec, Wealth and Private Banking businesses.Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CBA. Our team directly supports the Retail Bank and CommSec leadership teams to deliver towards both the Retail Bank & CommSec priorities through either persistent membership of business teams or through a flow to work model.On any given day, you will:Execute the social media strategy for CommSec.Drive the management, execution, moderation and reporting for CommSec''s BAU social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-impact, audience-led content on share market news and investing education.Support the development of the overarching content strategy aligned with CommSec''s business goals.Leveraging consumer and market insights to deliver audience led initiatives that engage, educate and inform.Explore and advise on socialacquisition and content opportunities across the Commonwealth Bank customer base.Influence core partners via membership in cross functional agile teams who will execute go-to-market plans, editorialcontent calendars and customer communications strategies to meet business and customer objectives.Uphold brand voice and messaging consistency across CommSecs digital and social channels.Collaborate with and guide the community management team to support timely, brand-aligned responses to customer interactions across social media channels.Monitor and analyse performance of initiatives providing insights for tracking to key business objectives and results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Wed love to hear from people who have/are:Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital campaign execution.Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviours across major social channels.Skilled in social media content production.Knowledge of paid social strategy, primarily Meta and TikTok.Highly developed project management, analytical and strong verbal and written communication skills.Insight driven with ability to use data to inform decision making and rationalize marketing priorities.Commercial acumen and ability to track, optimize and demonstrate ROI/ROMI from campaign metrics.Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes with a can-do attitude.Creative thinker with problem-solving/growth mindset.Financial services background and understanding of share market investing preferredIf you have the right skills and experience were looking for, please apply today!Working at CommBankAt CommBank, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
