All dishes are carefully prepared from our kitchen to deliver the best representation of Thai cuisine to your table.Our busy team requires a full-time restaurant manager to join us.Responsibilities:As a Full-Time Restaurant Manager at ALL THAI Restaurant, your responsibilities will include:Select and create successful menu items based on various considerations in consultation with kitchen staff and assign prices based on cost analysis.Prepare special set menus for events or functions.Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.Direct the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep records.Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.Recruit and train junior staff.Requirements:Proven over 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations.Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.A passion for food and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.Apply today and start your journey to a brighter future.
