The role focuses on quality assurance, continuous improvement, internal audits, professional development, and supporting staff and trainers to maintain high standards in training delivery and compliance.Whatwe are looking for:Manage and improve training compliance system within the Training and Vocational Services including:Ensure the Training and Vocational Services including the RTO comply with VRQA Guidelines, AQTF Essential Conditions & Standards for continuing registration, RTO Standards, VET Funding Contracts, and requirements of other funding bodies,Be responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement activities of the Training and Vocational Services,Undertake reporting, registration, and compliance declarations for the RTO,Provide advices and training to team members, trainers and assessors to ensure they are always updated and aware of compliance and training quality assurance,Ensure trainers, assessor and training staff are able to plan and implement their professional development annually,Manage the assessment validation process for pre-accredited courses and qualifications on scope and continuous improvement program,Conduct internal audits scheduled annually,Work with external stakeholders including auditors, funding bodies and VET regulators regarding compliance and quality assurance,Involve in updating and developing training resources,Add new qualifications on scope when being required,Deliver Job Search courses when being required.The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of AVWA.
