We are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who recognise the unique strengths and qualities of every Pymble girl.The roleIn preparation for the opening of our new Early Years School in 2026, Pymble Ladies College is seeking an exceptional educator and leader to join us as the Deputy Head of Early Years - Educational Leader.The Early Years School is a purpose-built early childhood service, situated in the Grey House Precinct of Pymble Ladies College. The service is intended to provide our Pymble family and wider community with high quality learning and care, reflective of the extensive opportunities and underpinning values of the College.The Early Years School will operate as a 90 place long day care service open to girls and boys between the ages of 3 months to 6 years. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our Head of Early Years and help shape the vision, culture, and daily operations of an innovative early learning environment within one of Australias leading independent schools.The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify and manage resources, and support the successful delivery of projects related to the Early Years School on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
