We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Shepparton.About The RoleAn integral part of our national brand, the Assistant Account Executive is responsible for the delivery of administrative support to our Relationship Managers.RoleOffering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:Processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements (that''s insurance talk for reviewing new applications and making changes to existing policies)Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokersFollowing up clients, both by phone and emailProviding superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partnersThis is a fast paced and highly engaged role where you will work your magic by delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients/stakeholders.About YouYou''re highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease.
