This role is critical in managing CEVAs industrial property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, including sourcing, leasing, maintenance, and financial performance. Youll work closely with business and operational leaders to align our real estate strategy with future growth.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:Develop and implement CEVA ANZs property strategy aligned to long-term business plansOversee lease negotiations, renewals, and facility maintenance complianceMonitor performance of the portfolio and lead budgeting, reporting, and property reviewsPartner with Business Development to support new business property requirementsAnalyse market conditions and lease structures to optimise portfolio performanceCoordinate with landlords, site managers, and vendors to resolve operational issuesEnsure safety, compliance, and audit readiness across the portfolio.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field, with strong knowledge of industrial real estate and lease management.
