For a full list of our benefits and more on great careers at DPV Health, please see our website .Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity awaits you in our Early Childhood Intervention Service (ECIS) Team and Youth program, supporting children and young people with NDIS plans.Greatness starts hereOur ECIS and Youth Program Team is growing and we a new role where you will be providing client-centred, strengths-based services to children and young people with a disability or developmental delay. You will work with NDIS funded children and their families to support them through their journey during early childhood.As a part of a collaborative and dynamic team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing a high quality,evidence based Exercise Physiology service in the Early Childhood Intervention program that is co-designed with the family. This will meet the needs ofthe children and families in a manner which respects the rights and confidentiality of the child and their family.Providing 1:1 therapy in child or young persons natural environments or in group setting at the clinic or local pool.Embracing innovation and responsiveness.Working alongside the childs family and Key Worker to provide timely and developmentally appropriate services.Desired Skills and ExperienceBring your great, everyday!To be successful in this role you will either have experience or a keen interest as a Paediatric Exercise Physiologist with evidence of successful team development and growth.Current full registration as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science AustraliaAbility to work with young childrenA passion for supporting children and familiesThe ability to form a good working relationship with your colleagues, young children and their familiesWell-developed clinical skills as a paediatric Exercise PhysiologistAwareness of the Key Worker model and transdisciplinary practice for children birth to 7 years.Understand or have experience working in a multidisciplinary team for child 8-14 years of age.Understandingof family centred practice and strengths-based approachKnowledge and experience in delivering services under the NDISThe fine printSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening CheckFull registration with relevant body (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)Full drivers license and travel between sites is requiredRelevant working rights in AustraliaIf you are seeking a role in an excellent, innovative, and supportive team, in a progressive and growing organisation, we would love to hear from you.Applications will close on the 4 th July 2025.Our Talent ExperienceWe kindly request you include a covering letter, addressed to Jaclyn Georgiou (ECIS Team Leader) ,detailing your motivation for joining DPV Health and highlighting the qualities you bring to this position..
