Were seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne as a Paralegal. With a focus on debt recovery, this is a wonderful opportunity to take your career to the next level in a collaborative and support environment.In this position, you will:Initiate and manage debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and the Court.Draft and file relevant Court documents.Manage files with supervision.Record billable time related to debt recovery matters.Perform general administrative duties, as required.About YouYou are a self-motivated individual who excels at building client relationships and achieving commercial outcomes to legal challenges. Youre also a collaborative team member who effortlessly fosters strong relationships with your peers.You have:Demonstrated experience working in a litigation practice and/ or debt recovery position.A sound understanding of Court processes, including enforcement procedures.Previous administrative experience.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to manage your own billable time.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of apps.Our FirmMacpherson Kelley is a national Commercial law firm that thinks differently.
