Across Queensland, we have around 50 Court Support Officers, including our Field Officers in remote locations, who serve as the crucial link between our clients and Legal Practitioners.Aid clients in preparing for Court (Criminal Law support);Assist with paperwork, legal forms, court documents, data entry;Communicate between Legal Practitioners and clients;Drive our vehicle, sometimes outside of Townsville to communities, to assist our Legal Practitioners and clients;Contribute to our 24/7 after-hours on-call service by roster, primarily via phone services, which is why you''re paid well above the Award.About you:Being a good role model to community members and understanding clients'' rights in seeking justice are ideal qualities.
