Currently building around 200+ homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come.Currently seeking a dedicated Construction Customer Service Administrator to be the vital link between our clients and construction teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the building process.As a Construction Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction journey.Coordinating communication between clients, construction supervisors, and internal departments.Managing customer inquiries, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project progress.Assisting with the preparation and distribution of contracts, variations, and other documentation.About You:Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, within the construction or residential building industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (preferred).A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Whats in it for You?Join a reputable and leading residential home builder with a supportive team culture.up to $85k + super and long-term career development opportunities.Be a key part of delivering dream homes and enhancing customer satisfaction.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Rebecca Rollison or nswcorporate@designandbuild.com.au, or click apply.
