Today that same pursuit of personal growth drives Winslowers.We excel at identifying and nurturing future leaders through our inclusive culture where every employee can perform to their full potential.You are an important part of a skilled and trusted industry-best team that continues to safely build outstanding infrastructure and sustainable communities by thinking differently.JOB DESCRIPTIONLive your dream job as a Project Administrator with Winslow, based in the suburb of Ravenhall.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:Collate quotes from subcontractors for materials and machineryCompile tender documentationCreate invoices and purchase orders as requiredMaintain stock and order stationery, office, and kitchen suppliesSupport event organizing, catering, and meeting setupsEnter supplier dockets, identify purchase orders, and resolve delivery discrepanciesProvide daily tracking reports to project stakeholders, including quantities, costs, approvals, and commitmentsReview and reconcile cost databases for discrepanciesAssist in preparing monthly project reports detailing costs and accruals for each cost centreSecure bookings for approved quotesCoordinate deliveries of machinery and materialsCommunicate confirmed orders and deliveries to project managers and supervisorsManage and order stock of tools, equipment, and uniformsPerform other tasks to support project teams as requiredHeres what we are looking forA highly organized individual with great attention to detailAbility to proactively build positive relationships with key stakeholdersCertification IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or a Business degreeSome experience in a similar or customer service roleProficiency in Excel, Word, Email, PowerPointThe Winslow WayAt Winslow, every person is empowered to make good decisions, look after each other as family, be accountable, and operate safely.
