Youll help set up onboarding documents, assist with recruitment coordination, and provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function. It is a terrific opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and grow your HR career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment! Full Time 38 hours per week in Support Office. Part Time - 15 to 18 hours per week (across 3 days each week) in Support Office. What will you do? Generate and send onboarding paperwork, employment contracts, and position change agreements (full-time/part-time) to team members. Liaise with stores and Regional/ Area/ Cluster Managers to follow up on documents, contracts, and position details. Manage HR administrative tasks, including filing and scanning team member documents into online personnel files. Maintain accurate, confidential, and easily retrievable team member records. Assist with the coordination of Criminal History Checks and communicate results with stores. Support Visa Checks and ensure compliance with relevant requirements. Assist the Group Talent Acquisition Coordinator in recruitment activities, including scheduling and candidate coordination. Produce and distribute weekly and monthly recruitment reports. What skills and experience do you need? A qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable). Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in document preparation.
