What you''ll be doing Effectively manage all aspects of the rental cycle, from advertising vacant properties and conducting viewings to finalising lease agreements and maintaining strong relationships with tenants Efficiently handle the day-to-day tasks of property management, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and regular property inspections Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed Proactively identify opportunities to maximise rental returns and occupancy rates for our clients Maintain detailed and accurate records, while adhering to all relevant legislation and industry best practices Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business Attend meetings and training as directed Reception support when required Other duties as requested by the Head of Property Management or Principal What we''re looking for Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential leasing and property management sector or a high level of customer service experience Strong knowledge of the local market and an understanding of the real estate industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or Agents Representative Certificate is preferred Proficient in using property management software and technology, or skills with IT systems and databases What we offer At Belle Property Daylesford & Trentham, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment.
