The rostering team are pivotal in ensuring accurate interpretation and application of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award through their rostering of staff in the relevant rostering systems and ensuring that customers are scheduled for services in an efficient and effective manner.About the RoleAre you a scheduling savant who thrives on solving logistical puzzles and turning chaos into calm? Then dust off your capebecause we need a rostering superhero!We''re on the hunt for two Senior Rostering Services Officers to orchestrate the daily dance of staff, clients, services, and schedules across our Accommodation, In Home Support, and Community Support teams.You''ll be the engine behind our rostering operationscoordinating staff, ensuring seamless scheduling, smoothing over hiccups, and making sure every shift is Award-compliant and payroll-perfect. Your spreadsheets will sing. Your reports will shine. And your ability to balance people, priorities, and platforms will leave others in awe.You''ll report to the Team Leader, Rostering Services, work hand-in-hand with People and Culture, and become besties with our frontline managers. You''ll also be the go-to person for solving roster mysteries, taming time clashes, and keeping our systems humming.For detailed information about this role, please refer to the position description.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you are a professional and caring person who is prepared to embrace our values of Integrity, Respect, Cooperation, Empowerment and Excellence in your day-to-day work life.We''re interested in hearing from people who have:Current experience within a NDIS or Community Care service industry with rostering and resolving rostering problem and issuesAbility to understand, interpret and apply Award and legislative requirementsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation, advocacy and networking skillsAbility to manage and prioritise workload in a constantly changing high volume environmentAbility to work as an active team member whilst enjoying a degree of responsibility and autonomy in your roleHigh level experience in the use of electronic customer information systems and rostering platformsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsQualifications in Administration or Community Services and/or significant high-level experience in a similar roleCurrent unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel in accordance with responsibilities of the roleIf you''re excited about this opportunity but you don''t meet every single requirement, or your experience doesn''t align perfectly, we still want to encourage you to apply.
