We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Supervisor to lead overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are consistently delivered.As the Overnight Supervisor, you will:Oversee all property operations during the overnight shift in the absence of the Night Manager and broader leadership team.Represent property management in handling and resolving any guest or operational concerns.Personally assist in managing issues and completing key overnight tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.Monitoring Property Operations:Supervise overnight activities, including late-night arrivals and early departures.Reconcile daily audits in collaboration with the Finance team.Ensure all overnight operations are compliant with brand and procedural standards.Monitor departmental supplies and maintain a safe and secure working environment.Support inventory counts and contribute to meeting guest satisfaction and employee engagement targets.Monitor overnight employee performance and uphold service standards.Supporting Profitability & Revenue Goals:Review and analyze financial data to identify operational improvements.Address guest issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring lasting resolutions.Monitor chargebacks, rebates, and discrepancies to reduce financial loss.Enforce cash-handling protocols and investigate variances.Work closely with the leadership team to implement corrective action plans where necessary.About You:Experience with OPERA property management system or similarRelevant experience in a similar roleA valid Driver''s License is requiredFull Working rights in AustraliaEnthusiastic to escalate your careerSelf-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environmentArmed with smart solutions and a can-do attitudeAttention to detail in all aspects of workStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrior luxury hotel experience would be preferablePerks & Benefits:Industry-leading training programs.Access to Marriotts Live Fully Rewards Program.Discounted hotel stays for employees, family, and friends.Discounts on food and beverages across Marriott properties.Employee recognition programs to maintain motivation.Wellbeing and mindfulness initiatives.Access to an Employee Assistance Program.Complimentary dry cleaning for work attire.The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is part of Marriott International''s Luxury portfolio, which has committed to putting people first for 90+ years.
