Youll be part of a skilled and committed team focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide therapy that is goal-oriented, family-centred, and aligned with best practice.Collaborate with internal and external professionals to support holistic outcomes.Managing your own caseload with support from our Intake team to build confidence and autonomy.Stay current with research and apply it meaningfully in your practice.What Were Looking ForA qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.At least 1 year of paediatric specific experience.Strong time management and problem-solving skills.A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice.Required Checks And CertificationsWorking with Children CheckNational Police CheckNDIS Worker Screen CheckDrivers LicenceAbout UsKoorana Child & Family Services is a not-for-profit organisation delivering early childhood intervention and therapy to children up until 18 years of age, Early childhood education, and family support services across Sydney.
