If you have a background in accounting, experience with MYOB and Excel, and a positive, proactive approach, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Role OverviewYou will handle day-to-day accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records and support smooth business operations. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with bank reconciliations, preparing management reports, bookkeeping duties using MYOB, supporting budget monitoring, processing invoices and payments, managing our inventory platform and performing various administrative duties.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage incoming and outgoing payments accurately and on time.Weekly Accounts ReconciliationsAccounting Support: Assist the CFO with financial tasks including preparation of management reports.Inventory Management: Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, including managing the inventory software system.Administrative Duties: Handle filing, data entry, insurance documentation, and other adhoc tasks as required.Excel & MYOB: Use Microsoft Excel and MYOB for data analysis, reporting.Skills & QualificationsAccounting Qualification, Bachelor''s degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB accounting softwareExceptional attention to detail in financial data entry and reporting.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high-quality work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar accounting role is required.Perks of the role:Onsite funky caf with unlimited fresh barista coffeeFriendly, supportive team cultureReady to join a company where your work truly matters?
