Property Care and Guest Services Manager (4180955)Location Byron Bay, Australia Sector Hospitality & Catering Salary $75,000.00 to $79,000.00 per annumThe Property Care and Guest Services Manager is responsible for organising and overseeing the delivery of hospitality support services to short-term rental properties, including cleaning, maintenance, and guest preparation. Operating within the accommodation sector as a contracted service provider, this role ensures that holiday rentals are maintained to premium hospitality standards and are consistently guest-ready. The role involves staff management, service coordination, and client liaison with property hosts, managers, and booking platforms.BenefitsBenefitsTask & responsibilitiesTask & ResponsibilitiesOrganise, manage, and supervise hospitality support services (housekeeping, maintenance, guest preparation) across a portfolio of short-term accommodation properties.Ensure accommodation properties meet expected presentation, hygiene, and safety standards prior to guest check-ins.Develop and implement operating procedures and logistics for service delivery, staffing, scheduling, equipment maintenance and quality control.Maintain service records, inspection logs, and operational reports to support quality assurance and compliance.Liaise directly with accommodation providers, property managers, and booking platforms to coordinate service delivery.Supervise a team of cleaners, handymen, and guest service personnel, including training, performance management, and rostering.Ensure staff are well-equipped, punctual, and adhere to established quality and safety protocols.Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and maintenance materials.Respond promptly to service requests and coordinate resolution of any maintenance or guest satisfaction issues.Monitor service KPIs (turnover readiness, feedback, property inspection reports) and encourage continuous improvements.Ensure all operations comply with relevant workplace health and safety standards, council regulations, and hospitality industry expectations.Casabella Services Pty LtdThe Property Care and Guest Services Manager is responsible for organising and overseeing the delivery of hospitality support services to short-term rental properties, including cleaning, maintenance, and guest preparation.
