We pride ourselves on innovation and exceeding client expectations.Career OpportunityLeading an experienced team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre, you will oversee the operations of the centre, including the CHSP (Community Home Support Program) within the Darling Downs region. Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team, including business and workforce planning, to ensure effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing standards of care, legislative compliance, staffing, finances, and business operations.Requirements for SuccessMinimum 3 years management experience in aged or community careExtensive knowledge of home care standards, understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support and Consumer Directed Care programsProven track record in leading person-centred, quality, and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail agedAbility to lead business and resource planning, delivering outcomes on time and within budgetStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholdersHigh emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional developmentOpen Drivers LicenceNational Police ClearanceCulture & BenefitsA career with AQ offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference.
