Due to continued growth across South Australia, we are now recruiting for two critical leadership positions based in Adelaide:Lead and manage person-centred accommodation services across our growing SIL program.Youll oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes, ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards, and manage a team of passionate support workers. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on high-quality care, participant outcomes, and team development.Manage delivery of SIL supports across multiple propertiesOversee client onboarding, assessments, and support plansEnsure compliance, quality, and safety standards are metLead recruitment, training, and supervision of staffCoordinate with allied health, guardians, and NDIS teamsHandle critical incidents, behaviour support, and riskMinimum 3 years in an NDIS or SIL management roleDeep knowledge of NDIS rules, restrictive practices, and person-centred careStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing teams and navigating complex participant needsDrive growth and build trusted relationships across South Australias disability sector.Youll be responsible for expanding our participant base, forming partnerships with support coordinators and referral networks, and identifying growth opportunities for new services and locations.
