For more information about our school and offerings, please visit our website About - Trinity Grammar SchoolAbout The RoleAs a key leader within the Community Engagement Team, the role of the Communications & Marketing Manager is to lead the planning, creation and delivery of the Schools communications, publications, marketing collateral and media activity. The goal is to ensure the Schools brand is clear, compelling and consistent, strengthening enrolment demand, enhancing community engagement.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead and implement marketing and communication strategiesOversee visual design, publications, and digital contentOversee creative projects such as the school website, digital campaigns, publications and branded merchandiseGuide a small creative team and collaborate across departmentsManage media inquiries and responsesQualifications And Expertise5+ years experience in marketing and communicationsTertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or similarA current Employee Working with Children CheckA strategic, analytical thinker and creative problem-solver with the ability to convert big-picture vision into clear, actionable plansStrong digital marketing and design skills (Adobe Suite, CMS, SEO, EDM and Social Media platforms)Easily able to manage and adapt in an ever-changing environmentA deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, analytics and contemporary media practices is expectedA confident and collaborative communicator and leader, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and represent the School with integrityWhy Join Us?BenefitsAt Trinity Grammar, we believe in supporting our staff as much as our students.
