Join us and help the worlds leading organizationsunlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Lets Talk About The Role And ResponsibilitiesUtilise vendor best practices across cloud + on-premises implementationsManaging Hyper-V hosts, maintenance of VMs, RODC Servers for over 1,700 sitesSupporting Cisco and Juniper Network Switches, Wireless Access Points and Wireless LAN ControllersDrive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updatesExecution of application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environmentsRoot cause analysis and service improvement solutionsLiaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidentsAdhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementEnsure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and proceduresFlexible work arrangements two days per week from homeHave existing Microsoft, AWS and/or Cisco certificationsLets Talk About Your Capability And ExperiencePrevious experience in working for an MSP or large government schoolsManaging Windows & Linux Servers and Network devicesIn depth expertise in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, GPO, File, DHCP, DNS, NPS (RADIUS)Experience in managing Microsoft SCOM Alerts, Orchestrator Runbooks, SCCM Distribution PointsSupport M365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google AppsDemonstrated experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph (Graph API), PythonExperience in managing Cisco Workplace, Cisco WebEx, AWS, VMWare, Linux, Hitachi Storage, and Commvault Backup is desirableExperience managing SCOM and SquaredUp monitoring would be highly regardedA hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider teamAdaptability to changing environments and workloads.What Youll Love About Working HereWe recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
