We know job hunting can be time-consuming, so we''ll get straight to the point.What youd be doing in this roleAs a User Insights Analyst, youll work in our Close The Loop Operations team to analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback data, including support tickets, in-product surveys, and other channels, and distill it into actionable insights for our teams. This may involve working with insights tools like Enterpret & Looker, manually scrubbing a sample of tickets, or collaborating with other teams around Canva like Specialist Operations.The goal of this role is to support our group in proactively identifying meaningful ways to improve the user experience based on signals from user feedback, and ensure these improvements are actioned by the appropriate team.This role currently focuses on:Leveraging your product literacy to transform raw feedback data (with Enterpret support) into actionable insights for product managers and business partners, driving product improvements.Using your analytical skills to understand the core drivers of customer feedback and product issues.Partnering with stakeholders within User Voice to drive Close The Loop strategies.Contributing to the development and refinement of feedback categories (including CHT categories, Enterpret, etc.) to balance scalability with providing useful insights.You''re probably a match if:Youre familiar with Canva as a product and have impeccable attention to detail.You love tackling complex problems and using your analytical skills to find root causes.You can connect different sources of information to see how issues are related and understand the bigger picture.You possess great communication skills, able to synthesize findings into visual narratives and proactively update stakeholders.You are comfortable managing spreadsheets, documents, and collaborative presentations.You are motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.You can thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity and complexity.You are naturally curious and enjoy exploring the Whys behind issues.About the teamThe Close The Loop group is part of the User Voice supergroup, responsible for amplifying user voices across Canva and working with teams to ensure an issue-free user experience.
