Youll support month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement and data integrity.This 14 month fixed term contract position involves month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the 5 Year Strategic Plan process. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, and global business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop Group-wide models and reporting tools.Responsibilities includeLead and support global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cyclesConsolidate and analyse financial data to deliver insights to the Board, ELT, and business unitsContribute to monthly reporting packs and dashboards with clear, actionable commentaryCollaborate with divisional finance teams to understand performance drivers and future trendsDrive improvements in reporting tools, financial models, and system processesEnsure data integrity across planning systems (Hyperion, HFM, PBCS)Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysisEngage and influence stakeholders across the business with clear financial storytellingAbout youAs a seasoned financial analyst, you will support the annual budget and 5-year plan process, monthly Integrated Business Planning process, and liaise with internal teams for insight collection and communication. The role also involves contributing to Board reports and Executive Leadership Team reports, collaborating with Divisional finance teams, performing ad-hoc analysis, and managing the delivery of Group FP&A processes.Strong analytical skills and financial acumenExperience in financial planning, reporting, and systems (Hyperion preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementConfidence in translating complex financial data into clear business insightsDegree in Accounting or finance combined with CA or CPA qualification is preferred5 + years'' experience in a finance role within a complex organisationStrong analytical, planning, and information presentation skills are essential, along with advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.Experience with accounting systems and BI reporting tools is advantageousBe a team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving process improvementsCultureWe bring our whole selves, were courageous and we deliver together thats our DNA.
