The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and excellent career development opportunities, enabling flexible working arrangements as well.Your new roleWithin this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:Managing and maintaining a wide range of network, voice and security technologies to ensure their optimal operation.Implementing customer-requested changes and working as a part of the project team when implementing major changes to a customer''s services.Performing physical and logical network deployments and migrations.Acting as the escalation point for network-related outages.Providing training and guidance to front-line technical support staff.Provisioning of telco services, including wholesale VoIP and internet services.What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience working as a Cisco Network Engineer, having sound knowledge of Voice / SIP.Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco routing & switching (BGP & MPLS), FortiGate / Palo Alto / Sophos firewalls, Cisco / Aruba Wi-Fi and SD-WAN.Experience with Azure, Hyper-V / VMware, DNS, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, 3CX, Juniper switches / routers and ConnectWise RMM / PSA is highly desirable.Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Cisco, Fortinet, Azure and Microsoft certifications are preferred.Previous experience working for an MSP or Consultancy.A valid driver''s licence.What you''ll get in returnWorking in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered an excellent salary package, in a role that enables flexible working arrangements.
