We are committed to building a great future by enhancing individual and team success, encouraging diversity, and supporting innovative thinking.Opportunity currently exists for Shift Production Engineers, based at various sites across Australia (Picton, Tennyson, Kensington, Ballarat, Mile End, North Fremantle, Tamworth) on a full-time permanent basis. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, direct and coordinate the continued performance and maintenance of the Mill, ensuring it is completed to Company and Customer expectations. This includes setup, quality conformance and WHS and GMP compliance.Key accountabilities include:Monitor, operate and maintain milling equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality in compliance with established standards.Collaborate with team members to achieve production and continuous improvement goals.Conduct routine maintenance, repair equipment faults, install machinery and complete fabrication tasks.Monitor and manage grist quality and blend formulation to ensure consistent and high-quality product output.Follow production plans and monitor throughput to meet production targets efficiently while optimizing resource use.Forecast production process of by products and generate reports to assist in resource planning.Conduct regular testing of wheat, maize, and flour to meet company and customer quality standards.Complete all Critical Control Point (CCP) and quality checks, ensuring accurate documentation.Follow all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures.
