Project Architect (PR/002247) Sydney, AustraliaSalary: AUD140000 - AUD140000 per annum + superSenior Project Architect$100k - $130k + SuperWere working with a leading design practice thats quietly seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Architect to join their dynamic studio.This role offers a chance to work on meaningful projects and take a hands on role in driving innovative, sustainable design outcomes from concept through to completion.As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering architectural projects in close collaboration with a Principal, Associate Director, or Senior Associate.Youll be instrumental in translating big-picture ideas into buildable, refined outcomes, while guiding internal teams, managing client relationships, and contributing your technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign DevelopmentLead and contribute to all design phases, from concept ideation and schematic design to full documentation.Project CoordinationWork collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with project budgets and timelines.Technical LeadershipProvide robust technical support across all project phases, ensuring compliance with codes and standards while maintaining design integrity.Client EngagementSupport client communication throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact.Architectural Project ManagementLead the day to day delivery of large-scale or multiple smaller projects with oversight of junior team members and consultants.About You10+ years of post-graduate experience in architectural studios (Australia-based).Accredited degree or diploma in Architecture.Minimum 2 years proficiency using Revit in a professional setting.Deep understanding of NCC and relevant Australian Standards.Strong track record in managing client relationships and project stakeholders.Registered Architect and D&BP registration highly regarded (not essential).Experience in the seniors living sector is a bonus.Proven ability to lead a project from Design Development to Completion, ideally including experience under the D&BP Act.Experience delivering multi-residential / Class 2 or 3 buildings.Why Apply?This is a discreet opportunity to join a well established studio that values quality design, long term client partnerships, and a culture of support and growth.If youre looking for a new challenge where your leadership, technical nous, and design thinking will be respected, this could be the next exciting step in your career.Please include your first and last name.Email: @Phone:Please include your country code.CV / Resume:Yes, I am currently eligible to work (work permit/visa/citizenship) in the country to which I am applying.
