Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.We are seeking a data-driven, commercially minded Performance Marketing Analytics Manager to support the team performance culture by leading measurement, analysis and optimisation across campaigns. You will play a pivotal roles in driving performance marketing effectiveness by delivering actionable insights, creating an analytics technology strategy and roadmap, and bringing all capability in-house.More specifically, you will:Management:Management of 2x rolesMentor and guide junior staff or team members.Create an insights culture that informs the digital and customer marketing managers with crucial information for the success of campaignsCreation of a performance driven mindset within the Digital & Customer Marketing team by understanding, reporting and tracking on business targets and team KPIsGoverning marketing analytics data to ensure it is an accurate representation of the insights generated.TechnologyIn conjunction with Martech Manager, create an Analytics technology roadmap and manage the successful implementationAutomate and streamline reporting processes, bringing the capability in-house for efficiency and speed.Vendor management of the partners that fall within the analytics scopeCampaign reportingLead the development, implementation, and management of marketing analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards.Key stakeholders such as the Digital and Customer 1-1 teams will create the pipeline of analytics requests for the Analytics team. It will be the Manager, Marketing Analytics role to provide support on prioritisation, efficiencies and the analytics framework to deliver.Analyse marketing campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.Collaborate with Digital, Customer and Brand marketing to align analytics with business goals.Support budget planning and allocation decisions through data-driven insightsDeliver insights to marketing leadership team on campaign and channel performanceSupport the strategic planning with forecasting modeling and scenario analysisSupport the development and tracking of Digital and Customer Marketing scorecards and KPIsDevelop and maintenance of dashboards to track KPIsUnderstand customer segmentation models and predictive analytics to enhance targeting strategies collaborating with the centralised Data, Reporting & Analytics teams.Support development of attribution model frameworks across Digital and Customer to foster omnichannel experiences.About You:Bachelors degree in marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field; masters degree preferred5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related role.Expertise in performance marketingExpertise in both customer 1-1 (email, onsite) and paid media (SEM, social, digital display) technology and campaignsExpert in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel in terms of their usage, architecture and how to ensure we get the most value from our platformsExpertise in running an in-house analytics functionSalesForce Data and Marketing Cloud knowledgeKey Capabilities:Advanced understanding of marketing channels including digital, social, email, and offline campaigns.Expert analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.What we can offer you:Discounts and offers on a range of insurance productsA range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks secondary carer parental leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
