Add expected salary to your profile for insightsIf you''re looking for something different here we are.At TVN On-Country we simply surround ourselves by good people who share our values (Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Culture and Family) because we know that the rest will take care of itself.We are a growing Indigenous owned commercial builder that also provides management and procurement services to a range of commercial and government sector clients.Yes, we are different; 25% of our staff recognise as Indigenous, 28% are female, 8% are former serving ADF members, and 100% of us care about work/ life balance.Our construction division delivers projects in VIC, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD and we are on the lookout for a highly motivated & experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join our NSW team.The OpportunityIf you are a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with Defence and / or commercial project experience interested in new opportunity , then we would like to hear from you!You will haveA minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor working on Commercial Construction Projects valued from $1M-$10M.The ability to read and understand construction documents (e.g. drawings, specifications, programs, schedules etc.).Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs, experience with Procore and Hammertech would be beneficial but not mandatory.Hold a Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management.Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.A good sense of humour.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels.A valid drivers license and ability to receive a Defence Security Clearance.A willingness to travel regionally for projects is necessary.
