Full time, fixed term position up to December 2025Salary range: 3.1 plus super and salary packagingLocation: Melbourne University Parkville CampusAbout the roleIn this role you will manage GSAs key contact points, including the 1800 number, info email, reception desk, and general student services and events. You will ensure all student enquiries are documented, actioned, or appropriately referred in a timely manner. You will maintain a welcoming and functional reception space, support students using the 1888 Building, and ensure casual reception staff are effectively trained and supported. You will manage and update GSAs membership and enquiry databases, and work closely with the Engagement, Communications and Policy & Advocacy Team to promote GSAs programs. You will also liaise with University of Melbourne stakeholders to support partnerships and communication efforts. In addition, you will assist with digital file management and provide administrative support to MSEC, including event coordination, evaluation, and other engagement activities.About YouOur Ideal candidate will have: Completed a relevant diploma-level or certificate qualification with experience, or an equivalent mix of training and experience. Knowledge and understanding of good customer service practices Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office.
