This support will be critical to their role, with a core focus on customer servicing and risk management.What you''ll be doing:Prepare pitch books / discussion materials to facilitate thematic dialogue, origination of M&A financing mandates and strategic financing dialogue with financial sponsorsSupport senior team members in dialogues of financing transactions (structuring, valuation analysis, peer analysisHelp coordinate relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infra, Real EstateEnsure appropriate coordination with different sponsor relationship teams including FI, LAF and Sector Coverage teamsEnsure all compliance and regulatory requirements are metWhat we are looking for:2+ years'' experience at a leading Bank or Non Bank Financial InstitutionUndergraduate degree in a business related fieldExperience in debt transactions, developing presentations and, preferably a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, relevant knowledge of financial sponsorsRobust credit base with strong financial analysis skillsProficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products, and will be strong in financial modellingPossess an understanding of financial and economic marketsBe able to engage in independent research and analysis of customers and markets and apply critical thinking and a high level of attention to detailThe ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verballyHas strong interpersonal and presentations skillsIs a team playerIs a self-starter who applies initiative and has drive and enthusiasmHas an analytical mindset and problem solving skillsHas the ability to work independently and prioritise a number of tasks across various work streams and alongside a number of stakeholdersOur culture:MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers'' prosperity.
