This is a high-visibility role during a critical reporting period, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative finance team.Key Responsibilities:Statutory & Technical AccountingLead the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS.Oversee group-level IFRS reporting to ensure consistency and compliance.Draft technical accounting papers on complex areas including revenue recognition, leases, and impairments.Prepare and review the group consolidated cash flow statement.Ensure compliance with ASX reporting timelines and disclosure obligations.Audit & GovernanceAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manage end-to-end audit activities.Coordinate the timely delivery of audit documentation across multiple entities.Uphold strong internal controls and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.Team LeadershipManage and support a team of four Assistant Accountants.Provide technical oversight and mentoring during the year-end process.Ongoing Financial OperationsLead core month-end close activities and ensure ledger integrity.Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations.Approve supplier payments in accordance with internal policies.About You:CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting experience.Proven experience within ASX-listed or IFRS-reporting environments.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth business.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Able to hit the ground running in a contract setting.Whats on Offer:3-month contract with potential for extension.ASX-listed, innovation-driven business.High-performing team culture.Immediate start. #J-18808-Ljbffr
