With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.THE OPPORTUNITYIn a key leadership role, you will guide and work closely with the existing Keysborough VIC team to ensure that projects are being completed efficiently and effectively, delivering the highest quality service to our valued customers.ResponsibilitiesCreating, maintaining, and updating production schedulesCo-ordinate and schedule daily production plansOptimising production workflow and performanceEnsure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.Training and developing the production teamCreating and maintaining a safe workplaceREMUNERATION$110,000 - $120,000+ base salary plus superannuationAbout YouProven experience in fast-paced, lean manufacturing managementFabrication trade or similar background is favourableUnderstanding of MRB systems and schedulingA hands-on approach to leadershipConfidence to coordinate manufacturing processes in a least cost mannerAbility to improve efficiency of the manufacturing operationsAbility to interact well with internal and external customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise workloads and work under pressureSafety-focused with the ability to lead a safety cultureRewards & BenefitsHealth & Wellbeing Support | Traineeship & Development Pathways | Career Development Opportunities | Support for Families | Recognition & Referral Programs | Team Member Discounts | EAP / Confidential Support ServicesOUR EVPAt Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.
