As the champion of education, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating learning activities in the Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit for both staff and learners.To provide educational leadership and guidance to enable the development of knowledge and skill.The clinical educator works in partnership with Learning Team and the Emergency Department/ Short Stay Unit to ensure continuing professional development activities are in line with the delivery of clinical excellence.Identifies and priorities the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners.What you''ll bringYou''re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
