Reporting to the Director, the role ensures high-quality, person-centred services that help participants develop skills, pursue employment, and enhance social independence. What youll be doing Some of your responsibilities will be: Leading, supervising and supporting a team of facilitators and practitioners, including providing clinical or practice supervision where relevant. Guiding the day-to-day implementation and coordination of group and school leaver programs. Ensuring services are evidence-informed, person-centred, and responsive to participant goals. Monitoring service performance using data and report on key metrics including participant progress and goal achievement.
