A leading provider in the diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical space is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Pharmacist to join their expanding team in Cleveland, OH. This role combines clinical operations, quality oversight, and leadership in one of the most innovative areas of healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesCompound and prepare radiopharmaceutical doses in line with safety and regulatory protocolsPerform quality assurance testing (e.g., sterility, pyrogenicity, kryptofix, TLC) and document resultsOperate and calibrate specialized nuclear pharmacy equipment (e.g., survey meters, dose calibrators)Manage shipment processes, including packaging, labeling, and DOT compliance documentationSupport radiation safety programs and, where appropriate, assume RSO responsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a compliant, high-performing pharmacy environmentRequirementsBachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institutionMinimum 3 years of nuclear pharmacy experienceDemonstrated knowledge of radiopharmaceutical compounding, quality systems, and regulatory requirementsSupervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills are preferredWhats OfferedCompetitive base salary plus performance-based bonusGenerous PTO and holiday planCareer progression opportunities within a collaborative and mission-driven environmentThis is a high-impact opportunity to join a leader in the nuclear medicine space.
