The team is looking to expand.Key responsibilities include providing clients with sound business advice and interpreting complex financial models to deliver superior service.The team offers involvement in various corporate finance activities such as business valuation, share valuation, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, transaction support, independent expert reports, capital raising, modeling, and buy- and sell-side advisory.Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills in corporate finance, gained within a chartered or corporate advisory firm.
