BTIG seeks a motivated and organized HR Operations and Payroll Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily administrative functions of the Asia Pacific HR department, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.You will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee data, and contribute to a positive employee experience by streamlining HR processes.This individual must have a positive attitude, the willingness to wear multiple hats, and is energized by working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will display a proactive approach, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across business leadership, Human Resources, and Finance departments to ensure compliance and effective execution of people strategies. They must also be open to assisting with various administrative tasks and special projects as required.Role and Responsibilities:HRIS Management: Maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System to ensure data accuracy and efficient record-keeping. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within ADP by performing regular data audits and cleanup.Payroll Processing: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll, working with vendor, ADP, and the Finance department to manage payroll logistics.Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including reporting requirements, in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the organization''s goals and culture.Annual HR cycle: Partner with the Head of HR, APAC, and global HR team to deliver the annual HR cycle, including performance reviews, promotions and remuneration reviews to the APAC population.Employment cycle: Responsible for onboarding, new hire orientation, and data entry into the ADP HR Module.Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.Employee Inquiries: Addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll and benefits.Travel and expenses oversight.Requirements & Qualifications:3+ years of HR and Payroll experienceExperience working with an HRIS and Payroll Management SystemStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organization skillsInitiative to follow through on tasks and problem solveAbility to maintain confidential information regarding all HR activitiesAbility to work independently, identify opportunities and evolve the people and culture systems and processes accordinglyUnderstanding of the employment legal and regulatory nuances across our markets in APAC: Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, highly desiredWhats in it for you?We are a small but friendly team in BTIG APAC.
