This role offers a competitive salary package and company perks, all within our state-of-the-art farming facility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading the maintenance team in performance management, attendance, training, and development. Efficient scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) and work order tasks. Overseeing accurate tracking of time and materials for all work orders. Managing stock levels, ensuring critical spare parts and equipment are recorded, replenished, and maintained within budget. Conducting weekly maintenance meetings with farms and processing sites. Promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and implementing necessary improvements. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Engaging directly in maintenance tasks as needed to support team goals. Contributing to equipment, technology, and process efficiency improvements.About You Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. People focused and process driven. Proficient in mechanical tasks with a hands-on approach and a willingness to engage directly in physical work. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning techniques and continuous improvement. Experience with installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment.
