Role SummaryOur client is seeking an experienced and resourceful corporate finance professional with proven track record in the Australian Banking industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diversified portfolio, maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, PPP and many more.Conduct financial / credit analysis and due diligence independently, structure complex financing solutions including bilateral, club, and syndicated loans.Prepare and present credit submissions for internal approval. Coordinate and execute transactions working with legal, credit, and operations teams.Monitor performance, credit quality and covenant compliance across the current portfolio.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ESG standards.Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and pricing benchmarks.
