Join us!Your RoleWere looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with Finance / Procurement System experience (Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite or SAP S4 Hana) to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of our product. Were also looking for someone who is excited to be hands on and influence our product roadmap.As every business needs our type of product, youll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks.You WillLead onboarding for new customers, with a heavy emphasis on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their problemsResponsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customers processes from scratchLead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from ZipProactive project management across many customers, to manage requirements and tasks across onboardingsCollaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests we should and shouldnt support, and set expectations with customersDo whatever it takes to make customers happy + successfully onboard them as quickly as possibleContinuously improve the post-sales processes to help our customers accelerate the time to valueQualifications4 years of experience working as a functional advisor implementing or administering a finance procurement toolsPrior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP (Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite or SAP S4.)Fantastic communication and documentation skillsExtreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactiveVery strong data management skills, specifically with handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS ExcelYoure able to push back and still make people happyVery comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)Perks & BenefitsAt Zip, were committed to providing our employees with everything they need to do their best work.
