Operating in 31 markets with 56 years of continuous profitability, we foster a friendly and supportive environment where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You will coordinate, support, and own processes including completing Request for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires for Macquarie Asset Managements public markets. Working closely with local and global teams, you will manage process, firm, and strategy content to ensure successful submissions. Your role will involve promoting stakeholder engagement, updating and maintaining strategy and firm language in our repository, and assisting with achieving team goals. You will also seek operational efficiencies to ensure timely submissions that meet all specifications, helping the business win new opportunities and expand its market presence.What you offerOver 3 years of experience in the asset management industry with a strong understanding of investment strategies across asset classes.An entrepreneurial spirit to help build capabilities and processes.Experience partnering with sales, client service, and investment teams to develop solutions for complex client needs.Highly collaborative, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks.We encourage anyone inspired to build a better future with us to apply.
