You will supervise a team of 8-10 people, combining hands-on work to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are upheld by everyone, always.Supervise daily warehouse activities, including pickers and forklift drivers.Conduct and assist with regular stock control initiatives, including miscellaneous items.Ensure all stock is correctly stored according to operating procedures.Participate in and drive regular meetings, raising key points and promoting improvements.Seek operational, logistical, and cost efficiencies wherever possible.Experience & QualificationsComputer skills with numerical ability for purchase orders and invoicing.Experience in warehouse and distribution environments.Knowledge of adhering to SOPs and safety protocols.Positive work ethic, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.Physically capable of manual lifting or handling products.We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals seeking long-term, permanent positions.
