Based in the Northern Rivers, NSW (youll need to travel to our HQ in Casino regularly) Full-time Are you bursting with creative energy, love being on camera, and know what makes a TikTok go viral?Were looking for someone to help us bring Our Cows story to life, through fun, engaging, scroll-stopping content.At Our Cow, were on a mission to support Aussie farmers by delivering high-quality, grass-fed meat straight to households across the country. Now we need a confident and creative social media and content manager to help spread the word in an authentic and exciting way!What you''ll be doingDesigning and Leading the social media strategyPlanning content and shootsReporting on content, what worked & what didn''t.Creating fun, on-brand content that gets people talkingPlanning, filming and editing videos for TikTok, Instagram, and FacebookPosting and scheduling across all channels, keeping our feeds fresh and activeJumping in front of the camera (and encouraging others to as well!)Working closely with our founders & team to bring out the best of our brand personalitySourcing and collaborating with influencers, ambassadors, and UGC creators for paid media contentWatching social trends like a hawk and spotting new opportunities earlyEngaging with our online community and keeping conversations aliveHelping shape both short and long-term content strategiesWho were looking for:2+ years experience in social media, content creation and management.Confident filming and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, CapCut, etc.)Comfortable on camera and able to make others feel at ease tooSuper organised and strong attention to detailYou love creating content thats entertaining, human, and not too polishedA natural with social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and FacebookA strong sense of what works (and what doesnt) when it comes to brand contentSomeone who brings the fun, but also takes initiative and gets things doneExperience with Canva & Graphic Design Elements Bonus: Meta & Tiktok Ad Management, Experience with eCommerce, DTC brands or growing an online communityWhy youll love working here:Were a fast-moving, family-run business doing things differently and were having a lot of fun along the way!
