Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Initially based out of our beautiful Carrington street office, upon completion of your time in our hub this role will then transition to one of our branches in northern beaches, CBD or eastern suburbs.In this Home Lending Specialist role, you will:Be customer-centric - Youll be the go-to expert for our clients, guiding them through the home loan process with personalized advice and support.Bring innovative solutions - Leverage NABs cutting-edge technology and products to provide clients with seamless, efficient, and innovative lending solutions.Build relationships - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.What you will bring:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.Experience with business development.Tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
