We pride ourselves on delivering honest, reliable and trustworthy service throughout the building process.Further details are on our website the role:We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our Pre-Site Customer Service Team!This role is required to efficiently and effectively coordinate the administration process of Mimosa Homes customers from the time a job is sales approved and allocated to a CSO up until the home is handed over to our ON Site Construction Team.Some of the key responsibilities include:Provide communication with clients through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the administration processEnsure clients are contacted at least once a week for all pre-site titled jobsLiaise with clients in a professional and positive manner at all timesEnsure all jobs are up to date in Software System - On Site Companion (OSC) and that all communications are loggedCreate and prepare customer contractsConduct contract signing appointmentsCreate variations where applicableLiaise with Operational and Construction teams to ensure customers are well informed at all times with the correct informationAttend weekly department meetings to report on results and action any itemsMeet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s) as set out by the Operations ManagerSupport the Pre Site Department as requiredTo be considered, you should possess:Previous experience in a similar role is desirableExperience in the Construction industry is highly recommendedExposure to OSC software is advantageousThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamProfessional presentation skillsComputer literacy skills required, outlook, word excelExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage in verbal interaction with clientsStrong work ethic and attention to detailExceptional organization and time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesIn return, the successful candidate will receive:Supportive workplace cultureCompany uniformAttractive remuneration package relevant to experience and abilityOpportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growthPlease note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a Customer Service Representative?
